Who we are
This website is operated by RichTech Industrial Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a supplier of cold spray zinc and coating systems, registered at 10F, Changhui Building, No.799 Yinxiang Road, Jiading District, Shanghai, China. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
This site has no enquiry form and no account system: nothing about you is collected while you browse. We receive personal data only when you choose to write to us — by WeChat, WhatsApp, phone or email. What arrives is what you send: usually your name, company, country or destination port, the product and area concerned, and any photos or drawings you attach. Enquiry correspondence is kept in the same mailbox for the period stated below.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use your data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, advise on coating selection and, if you order, to handle the export documentation. The legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where a contract is concluded, performance of that contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who else sees it
Your message reaches us directly — on our phones for WeChat and WhatsApp, and in our mailbox at [email protected] for e-mail. There is no third-party form relay between you and us. Our website host and CDN provider keep standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. Apart from these providers and, where a shipment is arranged, the freight forwarder and customs broker, we share your data with nobody.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. Your language choice is handled by the URL itself (/en/, /zh/, /ru/, /fr/, /ar/), not by a cookie, so nothing is stored in your browser to make the site work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Where an order is placed, the commercial documents are kept for the period required by Chinese tax and foreign-trade law (currently ten years) and, where the buyer is in the EU, for the limitation period applicable to contractual claims.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a machine-readable format. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
Where your data is stored
Our mailbox and commercial records are held in China. The content delivery network operates servers outside China, so a page request may transit those servers; messages sent through WeChat or WhatsApp are stored on those platforms' servers under their own terms as well. Where data of EU residents is transferred out of the EEA, we rely on the standard contractual clauses. Any such transfer serves only to answer your enquiry.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Previous versions are available on request.

Product images and technical data sheets remain the property of the manufacturer; third-party marks that appear on packaging or documents belong to their respective owners. All technical values are transcribed from the manufacturer's published TDS, whose latest edition governs.
